Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase — and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Refund is provided only for products that are in their original packaging, unopened, and in a condition suitable for resale (required for health and hygiene reasons).

  • Reach out to our support team within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

  • We’ll send you a short return form to complete before returning the item.

  • Once approved, our Customer Success Team will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the product in its original condition and packaging. A small fee of USD 15 for the label will be deducted from your final refund.

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

This policy applies to first-time purchases only and does not cover subscription renewals or repeat orders unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to decline returns that fall outside these conditions or show signs of misuse or abuse.

RETURN POLICY FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your item is faulty, here’s what to do:

  • Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include a description + photo or video proof.

  • If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. (Please use our label within 14 days — we cannot process returns with other shipping methods.)

After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a replacement within 14 business days.
