RETURN POLICY FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your item is faulty, here’s what to do:
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.
Include a description + photo or video proof.
If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. (Please use our label within 14 days — we cannot process returns with other shipping methods.)
After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a replacement within 14 business days.

How to Request a Refund:
Refund is provided only for products that are in their original packaging, unopened, and in a condition suitable for resale (required for health and hygiene reasons).
Please contact our support team within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
Once your return is approved, our Customer Success Team will provide a prepaid shipping label along with simple return instructions.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
This policy applies to first-time purchases only and does not cover subscription renewals or repeat orders unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to decline returns that fall outside these conditions or show signs of misuse or abuse.
